Refund Policy
This policy describes when and how you may request a refund for purchases made on StitchPilot.ai.
1. Credit-Based System
StitchPilot.ai operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased via our pricing page, either as one-time packs or as part of a subscription plan. Credits are used when you perform paid operations such as Image to Embroidery conversions.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Unused credit packs: If you purchased a credit pack and have not used any of the credits, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Subscription charges: If you were charged for a subscription renewal and have not used any credits in that billing period, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge.
- Technical failure: If a conversion failed due to a confirmed technical issue on our side and credits were deducted, we will restore the credits or issue a refund at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Credits that have been used to generate embroidery files, regardless of output quality judgements
- Partial credit pack usage (e.g., if 3 of 10 credits have been used, the remaining 7 are not refundable as a separate amount)
- Subscription periods where credits have been used
- Purchases made more than 30 days prior to the refund request
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@stitchpilot.ai with:
- Your account email address
- The date of the purchase
- The reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
