Pricing questions
What's a credit?
One credit ≈ one Standard-tier embroidery generation. Detailed costs 5, Photoreal 10, AI 4-variant set 5. Downloading the same generated file in multiple formats (PES + DST + JEF) is included — no extra credits.
Do unused subscription credits roll over?
No — your monthly subscription credits reset each cycle. Want carry-over? Buy a credit pack — those never expire. We always deduct subscription credits first so your packs only get touched when you really need them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from /account/billing → 'Manage subscription' → 'Cancel'. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for unused subscription credits, but pack credits remain available forever.
Refund policy on credit packs?
Full refund on packs with zero consumed credits within 14 days of purchase — open /account/billing → pack row → 'Refund'. Partial-use packs are non-refundable.
I had a Pro plan before the new pricing — what happens?
You keep your legacy $9.99/mo plan forever. We won't auto-upgrade you. You can switch to the new pricing whenever you want from /account/billing, but the choice is yours.
How do AI generation costs work?
One AI 4-variant set costs 3-8 credits (depending on model). You only pay when you pick a variant — discarding all 4 refunds the hold. The Discard / Try again controls are always visible.
